Meissen Fox

High-fired clay, glazes, enamels, lusters. This body of work is influenced by the historical narrative surrounding the life-size porcelain sculpture of a fox produced by Johann Gottliev Kirchner and made in the Saxon royal porcelain manufactory in Meissen between 1730 and 1735.
